At The.Inkubator, we take pride in crafting unique, handmade ink-brush drawings. Since our products are custom-made and one-of-a-kind, we have specific refund policies to ensure fairness to both our customers and artists.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of our artwork, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or with a significant defect caused during production or shipping.
Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong artwork due to our error.
Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the shipping provider.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at the.inkubator.art@gmail.com.
Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Allow us to review your claim and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

3. Refund or Replacement Process

If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If a replacement is chosen, please allow additional time for the artwork to be recreated and shipped.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
Minor artistic differences (e.g., variations in brush strokes, ink intensity, or artistic style).
Custom or commissioned pieces based on reference images, unless there is a clear mistake or defect.
Product dimensions variations of less than 5% on each axis.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin the artistic process, and cancellations will not be possible.
