Refund Policy

At The.Inkubator, we take pride in crafting unique, handmade ink-brush drawings. Since our products are custom-made and one-of-a-kind, we have specific refund policies to ensure fairness to both our customers and artists.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
​

Due to the nature of our artwork, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or with a significant defect caused during production or shipping.

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong artwork due to our error.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the shipping provider.

2. Reporting an Issue
​

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at the.inkubator.art@gmail.com.

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  3. Allow us to review your claim and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

3. Refund or Replacement Process
​

  • If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • If a replacement is chosen, please allow additional time for the artwork to be recreated and shipped.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
​

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Minor artistic differences (e.g., variations in brush strokes, ink intensity, or artistic style).

  • Custom or commissioned pieces based on reference images, unless there is a clear mistake or defect.

  • Product dimensions variations of less than 5% on each axis.

5. Cancellations
​

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin the artistic process, and cancellations will not be possible.
